COMMISSION INFORMATION

Please allow a delay of 2 to 4 months for each commission to be completed.

During the modeling phase alone 2 major changes are allowed. Once modeling is complete and printing has begun, any changes will incur additional charges.

Thank you for providing me with as much reference as possible of your project.

Priority/rush orders for 3D printing or models3D with lead times less than 3 weeks will have a surcharge of +50%, which may increase depending on the lead time.

Commissions are for personal use only. Additional charges will apply for commercial use.

Please be specific about your request.

The name of the object or one or more images of it.
The size of the object, if you don't know I can look and make you a proposal.
Deadlines if there is a scheduled date.
The size of the files for printing (size of the printing area of your printer).

Processing time depends on the complexity of the accessory

It usually takes 1-2 months to complete a commission of a 3D model.
2 to 4 months for a printing kit.

Work in progress updates will be sent during the modeling process to ensure you are happy with the product before you start printing.

For 3D models: Small revisions are free but major changes require an additional charge 2 large revisions before printing. Any subsequent revisions will incur additional charges.

The can add the 3d print/model kit to my store for other cosplayers to buy after the commission is done. If it is a custom design, this does not apply.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission without specifying the reason.

3D models are sent by email:

are packaged in .ZIP files
pre-cut in STL format

You may not sell 3D prints or casts created using these files. You may not resell or distribute these files in any way. Commissions are for personal use only. Additional charges will apply for commercial use.

Payment is in Euro (€) and will be made by Paypal invoice. For residents of France, bank transfers are also accepted.

The payment can be split into several installments.

For 3D printing:

A deposit of 10 to 20€ is requested before the modeling to validate the commission (non-refundable).
Then 50% is requested before printing begins.

Full payment is required before delivery. Shipping is not included in the invoice and will depend on the weight and dimensions of the accessories. Shipping charges will be calculated with final payment.

For 3D models:

A 50% deposit is required before the start of the commission (non-refundable).

Full payment is required before digital delivery by email.

Rush orders are +50% off base price. Anything less than 3 weeks notice will require a rush order fee.

Please understand that I create the 3D models as well as print these myself. For any request, I will answer your questions transparently.
